Villaverde, M. Newbauer 96 Hearing and Trial	Jay Ortiz Richard Williamson Octavious Profit	Charged with first-degree gang Assault and additional charges. The defendants allegedly beat a street vendor on May 2, 2017. The beating left the victim in a coma.
Pascale, D./Vega, J. Newbauer 96 Appearance	Kenneth Lynch	Charged with second-degree Murder in the death of a toddler in the Bronx.  The incident happened on May 24, 2018.
Kline, A. — SCA Appearance	Rosemary Hernandez	Charged with Attempted Murder in the second degree. The defendant allegedly stabbed the father of her child on January 12, 2019.
Borko, N. Rodriguez 77 Appearance	Zaire Hebron	Charged with second-degree Murder and additional charges. The defendant allegedly fired multiple shots at a person in a Bronx park on June 24, 2018.
Sannicandro, R. Neary 70 Appearance	Earnestine Russell	Charged with second-degree Grand Larceny. The defendant allegedly stole $112,000 from a state-administered, federally funded grant meant to support after-school programs for middle school children.

Folkard, S. Villegas IDV Status	Prince Roy Mullings	Charged with second-degree Murder and additional charges. The defendant allegedly killed his girlfriend on April 27, 2018.
Villaverde, M. Rodriguez 77 Hearing and Trial	Tiffany Nurse	Charged with Robbery and Assault for allegedly beating and robbing a 7-months-pregnant woman on February 1, 2018.

Scaccia, C. Michels 77 Appearance	Taha Mahran	Charged with second-degree Murder and additional charges in the death of Zakir Khan. The defendant allegedly stabbed the victim in his torso and neck.

Birriel, J. McCarty T22 Sentencing	Lemuel Skipper	Found guilty of two counts of first-degree Kidnapping, Predatory Sexual Assault and additional charges. Defendant held captive and brutally violated a woman in an effort to commercially and sexually exploit her.
