Officials at the NYPD say the still-unidentified suspect driving a white 4-door sedan with tinted windows began his criminal mischief, a shooting orgy that began at 7:15 p.m. on Sunday, January 8, and in less than 90-minutes the suspect committed acts in nearly every Bronx police command.
